We had been entering inventory counts for 4 days..came in on the 5th day and most of my counts got dropped back to zeros. Not all but most of the counts. Why would that happen? Our tech says we did something....not sure how that would happen since we were putting counts in all week with no problems that we were aware of.
This is our second inventory with RMS as it is new to us. I appreciate your help & suggestions!
