Hello everyone,
I am in the process of configuring the Supplier Communications Agent by following the official Microsoft documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/supply-chain/procurement/supplier-com-agent-setup#prerequisites
According to the prerequisites, the following steps are required:
Install Copilot for finance and operations apps version 1.0.3048.2 or later (or update if already installed).
Then install Copilot in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management version 1.1.03071.1 or later (or update if already installe
However, in my environment these two applications do not appear in the list of installable applications. Based on Microsoft’s article regarding enabling Copilot features (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/copilot/enable-copilot#microsoft-power-platform-requirements), it seems that these apps are usually deployed automatically when Power Platform integration is enabled.
Update: After checking with another customer instance, I have observed that these Copilot applications are indeed visible in the Production environment, but they do not appear in other (non-production) environments such as sandbox or development.
Has anyone else experienced the same behaviour?

Hi André,
thank you very much for your guidance. Following your instructions in the Power Platform Admin Center → Manage → Dynamics 365 apps, I was able to locate the required apps and install the solutions for the appropriate environment.
As you mentioned, they don’t appear when trying to install from inside the environment itself, but through the Admin Center everything works correctly.
