I would like to send some automatic notifications by using workflows in Dynamics CRM online. However, by default it wouldn't send an email, rather would try to use Outlook's CRM plugin to do so.
In the email configuration I set to use Email Router for outgoing emails, the problem is, there's only one option in the "Server profile" field, which is "Microsoft Exchange Online". Is there a way to add a new server profile pointing to an on-premise Exchange server?
I found this guide pointing to "Settings -> Email templates -> ...", but it seems to be missing from the Online version.
