Dynamics 365 Apps for Outlook is not available in Outlook Desktop Client

Dear Expert

Currently I am facing an issue that some users cannot see the Dynamics 365 Apps icon on their Outlook Desktop Client, especially for users having Outlook 2013

I will provide the information as below

- We are using Dynamics 365 for Sales - On Cloud

- Users/mailboxes are successfully configured in D365 and eligible for D365 Apps

- Admin has already deployed D365 Apps for eligible Users

- Apps are successfully added into users' Manage Add-Ins page

- D365 Apps is available in Outlook Web

- However for some users who use Outlook 2013, the icon for D365 App is not available

Is there any compatibilities issue with D365 App and Outlook 2013? Appreciate much for your hints.
