I am trying to generate my EFT file. I have everything setup (checkbook, EFT file format, mapping). However when I go to "Generate EFT" and Select my Checkbook ID, then select my EFT batch and click "Generate EFT File", I get the popup that states
"The transaction file has been generated with XX transactions and is in the following location://xxxxxxxxx"
And the location is mapped where i want it to go, however there is no EFT file there. Any idea why this is? I have used Dynamics products for awhile and never had this issue.
Side note, I am able to generate prenotes fine, and they appear in the mapped location.

This is a very odd issue but I have had it happen. The problem is that Windows is not refreshing the folder so the new files is not showing. This link outlines the problem and some fixes. There are some hotfixes for Windows 7 & 8 but they may or may not work. The gist of this article was to create a new folder and delete it. That would force the refresh of the folder in Windows. Also the 2nd link may be of some use.
