worker - location profile Id is required

Hello,
 
I'm just learning Advance Warehouse. During creation of worker, at time I'm setting password, I have error /worker location profile id required/
May I know what is this error about ? 
Btw, I have setup Location Profile in WM-Setup-Location Profile, but what is the relation to setting worker password?

    Please update user location profile under warehouse management parameter as follows:
     
     
    User location profile should LP controlled.

    For learning purpose, may I know why we need to set location profile for user ? And it must be License Plate also ?

    Each warehouse user becomes a location with a location profile that is taken from the warehousing parameters. This location is created behind the scenes when you create warehouses workers.
    Reason is when the warehouse worker is between a PICK and a PUT, the inventory is located in this user location.
