Printing to printer other than PC default printer

No matter where I change which printer in GP2013 R2 that I would like a report to print to it always then prints to the PC's default printer. Is there anything that needs to be setup or turned on to allow choosing and actually getting something to print to another printer? Thanks

    When you get to the print window and you choose the printer other than the default, do you then click 'apply'?

    Hi Rosemary, thanks I was not clicking apply, so I just tried and got the same result, unless I change the printer to be the default printer I still can't get it to use a different one.

    Have you tried the named printer which you can change this on dex.ini file.  Please click here to see the detailed post regarding named printer by Charles Allen.
