Hello, I'm designing a quality flow and I've encountered a blockage in my process. I hope you can help me resolve it or approach it differently.
After running the master planning based on a Sales Order, a production order is generated. Once the units are reported as finished (they have Serial Numbers), I need to create a quality order for some of these Serial Numbers that have been marked as finished.
The problem arises because these items are reserved for the Sales Order, and when I try to create the quality order, the system tells me there is no availability. I understand this error occurs because the quantity is reserved, but is there any way to create a quality order for these items?
It seems strange to me that it's not allowed to create quality orders for items that are physically in the warehouse but reserved for a sales order (in fact, that would seem perfectly normal to me).
