Hi
I am trying to import a list of names and emails onto the CRM through a spreadsheet but am having difficulty in doing so.
Could someone please help?

If you are still having difficulty, can you clarify what you are are doing
- what version of CRM are you using
- How you are importing the file, is this from a CRM template that you re-importing into CRM
- What errors are you getting when you try this?

I am using the 2013 version of the Microsoft CRM. I am importing the file via the import data feature like in the video using a CVS file. I am not receiving an error message, however my spreadsheet list has now been importing for more than 1.5 hours. Is this nomal or competely dependent on how many leads I am trying to import?

1.5 hours is not normal, you should cancel the job and make sure you import csv comma delimited file or xml file
