Hi,

I am new to Dynamics CRM and would like to know if there any way to increase the backup retention period for 30 days? At the moment, it just shows the backup for the last 4 days?

Please assist?

Regards,

Mitesh

By design, you would be able to access the backup only for the last 3-4 days and not beyond, however if you have a On Pre environment, you may request MS to deliver you the backup of your org from last 90 days on condition that your org in version 8.2, for anything greater its last 30 days.

    Hi Mitesh,

By default the retention period is 3 days.  Please create a support ticket and discuss with the support team.
