Does BC have out of box report that looks at the sales quotations and sales orders by salespeople to evaluate their performance? Thanks for any thought. If no, any idea how to achieve this?

The only reports I know of look at posted sales data, not quotes/orders. There is the Cust./Item Stat. by Salespers. report.

There is also a new Power BI report you can use - Sales by Salesperson (Power BI Report) - Business Central | Microsoft Learn

If you need a report on sales quotes/orders, you can consider enabling sales quote and order archiving. This way, you can create a report based on the archived data. I'm suggesting archiving because quotes and orders are typically deleted after they're processed.

Hi, Another method to consider is to export the data of the Sales Header table and analyze it outside the system. This includes the amount and SalesPerson Code

If you do not need to analyze both the Sales Quote and the Sales Order at the same time, it is also easy to do it by using the In-client Analysis Mode on each page.
