I have an issue where a user tries to select an email template (after creating an email activity from a case) and once he's chosen the one he wants, the system just sits there saying "Loading". There are no error messages. This doesn't happen if I give him the System Administrator role.
His security role has Create/Read/Write/Append/Append To privileges at Organisation level for the Email Template entity. What else could I be missing?
