is there a way from field service mobile to retrieve extra data from related entity.

Ex: if I open an opportunity in the field service mobile and I  select a customer I need to get the customer mobile from the contact entity when I select it from the lookup and display it inside another mobile text field but inside the opened opportunity.

    Hi Chadi,

    You can create a Load Reference to the related entity in the form rules. This means you have access to the attribute values from associated entities.

    I demonstrated an example here:

    Hi Chadi

    If you have Field Service installed you will also have access to "Woodford" this is the tool to edit the Field Service App for your organisation. You can make any changes to this you like
