Hey, by now you might've already found a solution to this but just in case you haven't, it's definitely possible. We're using a CTI product called Tenfold to integrate Avaya and MS Dynamics but it's compatible with Avaya, too. For its features, you may go through this list: www.tenfold.com/.../features
