Incorporate survey link in Knowledge article

Hello there,

Just wondering if we can incorporate a survey(Voice of the customer) in a knowledge article from a portal and have its Survey respondent as the user who's logged in the portal?

Hi Rome,

Earlier in Adxstudio, we had the OOB feature available. Not sure in Dynamics 365 we have the Survey option.

But you can set up a Survey using Web forms.
