I have added a Field called Item Desciption to the Items table.

I then show this field in a table called Site Material Requistion line which works fine.

The user is then able to change the Item Description in this table if needed.

This field is then shown on the Purchase Quote table. The field shows ok but in the Page inspection it shows as Blank. Any ideas as to why this is?

Hi

On the lines page you show the "Item Description" field and in the inspection you show another field.

If you make that field "Item Description KGS" visible in the form, do you see it with a value?

i think its becuase you have no item populated, try selecting the one above its should work.

Because this row of data has not yet been inserted into the database.

This is more common in General Journals.

You can see that the data is displayed in the line below, but all values are empty.

Hope this can give you some hints.

@gdrenteria Item Description KGS is the name of the field. Item Description is the Label/Caption
