Hi,
When a custom Post & Print action doesn’t respond, it’s usually because the button isn’t wired to a valid event or report handler in Warehouse Insight’s configuration. Insight Works doesn’t auto-bind custom actions, so you’ll need to explicitly link the action to a report or process via the Report Selection and Device Configuration pages.

The Post & Print action likely isn’t linked to any process yet. You need to assign it to a report or custom codeunit in the WMS Menu Designer and make sure it’s available in the PDA layout.
Insight Works WMS is not a standard BC feature, so it’s best to contact your partner or Insight Works for help with setup.
