When you click on an account and then click on the history of that account, the default view is 'Last 30 Days'. Is there a way to change that default to list 'All'?

     This, unfortunately, is one of the last great annoyances for CRM. The only way to change it is with script and possibly in an unsupported way. Here is a blog describing one way to do it.
