Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Archived)

Users with no Dynamics CRM licenses granted show up in the Security Role assignment Pending

As the O365 Admin, I manage up to 800 users and licenses, Office 365 A1 Plus for students, and besides, 40  Dynamics 365 for Sales Enterprise Edition. 

The point is that I receive and alert message on Dynamics 365 asking for assigning Security Roles for certain students, up to 35, which doesn't have any Dynamics licenses assigned. 

How can this happen and how can I discard and delete these users?

    Hi,

    Do these users have Microsoft Flow license? If so, you need to remove the Microsoft Flow license from these users.

    The reason the users synced into CRM relates to new features that we are implementing which integrates some of our applications with CRM. An example of this can be read here: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/crm/2018/03/21/whats-new-in-the-dynamics-365-admin-center/ 

    In order to disable the users from being synced into CRM you will need to disable the PowerApps/Flow/Common Data Services Viral Licenses in O365.
