Earlier this year we had developed a strategy to propose Solver with every BC implementation. Since then, their pricing model has changed which pushes out some of our smaller customers. Larger and mid-level customers are still a fit. We've also looked at Cosmos which also follows a similar pricing model.
That said we are looking for options for a good financial reporting package. Our customers need a little more flexibility especially with columns and dimensional reporting that is not inherent in the base BC financial reports. I am open to suggestions and would appreciate any advice that can be provided. I am looking for something that can empower end users to build their own rows, columns, and reports as with the older Management Reporter system. Essentially we want to empower users to take ownership of their own reports. We'd appreciate any feedback that can be provided and look forward to a response.
