How to Edit existing Word template in Dynamic crm

Hi Friends,

I have created a word template and added the necessary parameters using xml mapping  and its working fine.  Now client asking to add some more parameters in that existing template. 

I couldn't see to existing template and download options.

Please suggest me how to add the parameters in existing template.

Kindly help on this issue.

    Hi chandrasekaran,

    Dynamics does not provide functions to download/edit existing templates inside CRM UI. Hope this will change in the future.

    You can use Document Template Manager in XrmToolBox to download the template, make changes and upload:

    www.xrmtoolbox.com/.../Futurez.Xrm.Tools.DocTemplateManager
