Modern Search in Item List doesn't look at search description?

Basically the title.

In my item list, I tried to search (modern search) for a word that only appear in the Search Description Field.

This field is visible in my item list, but return no record

If I switch to legacy search, it find my record.

Is it a bug or there is a reason behind that?

Not all fields are used for modern search.

Search Description is not set for modern search.

Modern Search in Business Central uses a limited set of fields for indexing, and "Search Description" is not one of them by default. That’s why it doesn’t return results unless the term is in fields like "No.", "Description", or others that are part of the modern search index.
