I wonder whether anyone maybe able to assist me with Continia Document Output for BC?
We are in the throws of finalising our BC system (we are currently working with NAV) and have set up Continia Document Output to handle the outputting of our documents.
We are wanting particualr documents to be sent from a mailbox which we have stated on the C.O. E-Mail Templates. We have also added the mailbox email address to the BC 'Email Accounts'.
When we have tested this via Unhandled Purchased Orders (example) our users are able to open the emails but do not have visibility of the attached document. They do have access to the mailbox within our exchange to send on behalf of this mailbox.
I am a super user of the system and have full admin rights, I am able to send on behalf of the mailbox and am able to see the attached document, in this case the purchase order.
Does anyone know why my users are not able to see the purchase order/attached document?
To note: if I set the Continia Template to send from the user they are able to see the attachment.
What setup am I missing?

It is strange that as Super user with same access to mailbox you can see the documents but user with same access to mailbox cannot see that. If you assign same permission as users to yourself in BC can you see the document? I just wonder if you have a higher access to mailbox.
Also, have you tried to assign more permissions to uses in BC. See below
