Hello,

I want to test the purchase requisition workflow. When I submit the Workflow I can see in the Workflow History area after a few steps the following message:

Stopped (error): X++ Exception: User {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000} not found.
at SysWorkflowDocument-assert
SysWorkflowDocument-assertPermission
SysWorkflowWorkItem-create
SysWorkflowWorkItem-createWorkItems
SysWorkflow-save
SysWorkflowQueue-resume

When I click on the "show message" on the navigation bar I see also this message:

But I have checked my user. I am enabled and I have a person - see screenshot above. The approver is also enabled and has a person.

Me:

Approver:

When I try to log in in the procurement and sourcing workflow are in order to configure or check workflows I get this message:

Could this be the source of the problem or is it something else? WHat is very strange, if I click then on "continue" I am nevertheless able to ckeck/configure workflows.

Can you help me please?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

Can you use a different user and check?

I think this user has some issue.

You mean to create another user and check if its work?

What about my last screenshot? Could it also be related to that?

One question- are you able to operate dynamics by the same user and password?

This issue is generally when user doesn't have required permission.

Also, in recent version it has been found that after upgrade , for few users who are assigned in workflow as approver or reviewer have some issue in their user id.

Just check all users including yours in user option, do they have correct email address and other values.

Also, just try to assign System admin to check if it works.

If you are facing issue in editing workflow , try to edit through Workflow versions (Procurement and sourcing > Setup > Workflow > Click on versions)

    Thanks Saurabh,

that was helpful. The Provider in the user settings (Modul: SystemAdministration) was not correct.
