Release Queue Item 'Assignee has insufficient privileges' error from Custom Entity

Hi All,

I have created a custom entity called Projects which is enabled for 'Queues' I can assign the new entity record to my queue and assign myself as the 'Worked By' user. However, once complete when I go to 'Release' the Item I get the below error. If I assign a Case item to the same queue and assign myself as the Worked By user I can release it fine so it appears to be related to the custom Entity. My User does has full Administrative permissions. Has anyone else come across this before?

Looks like you are missing the read privilege on new_projects. As per message below.

Try giving this to the team role mentioned and see if it fixes your problem.

    <Message>Principal team (Id=f754c55b-36d0-e711-80e4-000c29d22db1, type=9) is missing prvReadnew_projects privilege (Id=8c90780b-5a40-405b-8963-0bd28989015e)</Message>
