After proccessing the attached Query on the following URL . to delete sales history only before a specific batch number

the item movement history report , show a wrong Item Qty , what to do

This is totally inappropriate and you shouldn't have done it by any means! Deleting sales history without a proper archiving tool like Retail Realm Archiving Utility would make your data inconsistent.

The only way to have your deleted data recovered, is to restore a backup taken before you delete your data, then work on inserting the deleted records from the restored backup into the life database, you need to contact an RMS consultant with a good SQL knowledge

thanks for reply , i make this test on a private database , not our main database , my target to find the right solution for delete the old transaction and keep my database consistent and health
