Posting Date and Document date is Same while pushing purchase invoice using web services

Hi All,

I am facing some issues related to posting date and document date while inserting records in purchase or sales invoices using page web services.

In request, I am taking the posting date and document date with different values but BC always takes value the same as the Posting date.

Is anything I am missing? I have tried both the way by passing the Posting date first and vice versa.

    If I'm not mistaken when you change the document date, you change the posting date. Change your code putting document date first and posting date second....see if that works.

    Thank you for your reply. But I am using page web services for this integration. You are suggesting using API. I know it will work with API but the question is why this is happening in page services. Is there anything I am missing? This service is working in Nav 2016 as expected.
