Does GCC High global discovery URL work?

Hello,

Based on the MS document (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/microsoft-dynamics-365-government), the GCC High global discovery URL is https://globaldisco.crm.microsoftdynamics.us/api/discovery/v2.0/.

I try to use it in GCC high tenant, but never get any D365 instances back. For regular tenent, I have no problem with global discovery.

What's the catch?
