Auto create pick and auto create put away on Non-Directed put away and pick location

On a non-directed put away and pick location, and with the 'Always create pick and put away Lines' turned on, why do we always still have to create the picks manually on the warehouse shipment ('Create pick) whereas with a warehouse receipt, the put away seems to be automatically created. Am I missing something?

Hi

Thanks for your replies but doesn't really address the question.

I have no problem with put aways but the main issue is with picks and why they are not automatically created upon releasing a warehouse shipment.
