    Hi Abhijit,

You will have to create a Custom Entity, based on this custom entity you can configure the privileges.

    Here are examples and solutions

    Hope that helps

    Thanks

    Hi Abhijit,

You will control this based on security privileges.

Disable Corresponding privileges in Security settings to whichever roles you want.

    Hope it helps.

    Regards,

    R.Rajkumar

A combination of the Sitemap Editor and User security will hopefully get you where you want to be.

Users will only see items they can access.  If they don't have security access to any of the Service entities then Service should not show.

    Dear Abhijit,

U can acheive this by using security role.

Give no access to service area

& also gv no access to settings related entities.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Fathima

    Hi Abhijit,

This can be done through 'privilege' properties in the sitemap setting.

Better you use XrmToolBox - Sitemap editor

The concept is can be using a virtual entity helper
