I attached one word doc of 1 mb in Outlook appointment , but the attachment is not synchronized and not visible under attachment section of Appointment form
In system settings the "Synchronize appointment attachments with outlook or exchange" is enabled.
Any suggestion why this feature is not working?

you could check the user Sync. Settings for Outlook/Exchange (Outlook-->File-->CRM-->Set Personal Options-->Tab Synchronization-->Synchronized Fields) if the Synchronization Direction for Attachments for the appointment entity is active.
If this is set, check the permissions if you're not an admin.
