Does anyone know how to get notes to print on the PO doc without cutting off the whole note?

Are you talking about the actual note? Or comments like line item comments. If it is the note, you might need to link the note in from the SY03900 table in the company database. Link would be on the NOTEINDX. Then you could drag it on the report.
You need to be very clear about this as there is the:
- Document note (right beside the document number)
- Window note
- Line item(this is more of a comment)
I can use either one. I have been using the comment but that cuts off after three lines after I print. I have never used the Document note or Window note. I don't no how to use them and "help" does not give any clues as to how to use this.
