Sales QTY multiple to be enforced on Customer Returns as well

Good day Community

We have a requirement from the client that if a Sales QTY multiple is loaded for a Released product, that multiple QTY must be enforced on the customer return as well. Example below: Sales quantity multiple 5 so therefore the Customer return order must be in 5's as well. The user should not be able to enter a quantity less than 5.

Is there a way that this can be done?

Hi Jean Du Toit,

The quantity on the return order lines is Manually entered, you could set some logic or rules for the field by customization. For example, you could pass the quantity into return order lines directly when you create a return order from a Sales Order.
