FLOW - Update a Campaignresonse when the record is created.

Hi

I have a flow that updates a camaignresponse after it is created. The flow runs fine in Dynamics 365, version 8.2.

Yesterday I upgraded one of our organizations to Dynamics 365, version 9.0, and the exactly same flow does not work for that organization. 

I get the error message "An item with the same key has already been added" when I try to update the new record.
