Hi All,

We have numbers of SME client (<10 sits) want to integrate their Dynamics CRM system with their existing software. Therefore we are looking at a potential Middleware which can cover the following scenario while is economical to implement

  • Client 1: Dynamics CRM 2013 to AX 4
  • Client 2: Dynamics CRM 2013 to Connectwise to Xero to Wordpress
  • Client 3: Dynamics CRM 2011 to MYOB
  • Client 4: Dynamics CRM 2013 to MYOB EXO
We would like to find a product that could deploy to all scenario while can be done in relatively short time fame (< 20 development hours).
We are aware of scribe, Biztalk and SSIS integration. Would like to see others' opinion
Any suggestions are welcome.
Thanks
Vincent

I don't know that there are a lot of other options in this arena. I would start by looking at what interfaces are provided by each of these requirements for getting data into/out of their systems. If it is strictly CRM to <application> then Scribe is probably your best bet. It's simple to use, has a pretty robust list of target objects and has good support. Price-wise is probably in the middle to high end of what you'll find but for speed of integration and the robust source and target functionality including real-time or scheduled integrations, I don't know that there is a better option. If you have a solid SSIS developer, a tool like CozyRoc is pretty slick and is priced very reasonably given the functionality it provides. Depending on what needs to be integrated, including how many entities, a 20 hour development window might be tough but you have some options at least.
