SmartList not Populating All Journal Entries

I am running a smartlist for a client that has restrictions to bring in all journal entries for a specified account, facility number and all of 2014. The issue I am running into is that there is a specific journal entry that has a trx date of 9/30 and also 12/31/14 (but posted in 2015 with BBF source doc type) that I can see in JE inquiry and verify the facility ID. I would expect that both of the entries would show up in the smartlist, but only the BBF record is showing up. The kicker, is that there 4 JE's that should behave this way, 2 show up as expected, 2 do not. Any suggestions would be great.

Also, The client is using Binary Stream (facility ID's assigned).

    Have you looked in the MEM Facility Assignment window to see if there are any JE's missing a facility assignment?

    Yes, I have verified that there is nothing to be assigned, as well as making sure the facility assigned is correct. Thanks so much for the quick response.

    Sure thing.  I'd recommend reaching out to Binary Stream support then.

    After consulting with Binary Stream support we found that there were records in one of the Binary Stream tables that were missing either batch numbers or Facility ID's. We cleared that table to push them back to the assign facility utility. Once reassigned, they were showing up correctly in SmartList.
