Bank Account Reconciliation

Is anyone else unable to choose file when trying to upload Bank Account Rec 
When I click brower the file explorer terminal doesn't open
Dragging and dropping the file does work but using the terminal is much easier to navigate to the file

Issue seems to be the same incognito, chrome and edge.

    I don't see that option Yun on our Feature Management list

    We have same issue reported by a number of sites since last minor CU v23.1.  Using drag & drop as work around pending MS fix
