I am trying to Migrate Dynamics Navision 2013 to 2018,

Scenario:

Old Server: (Windows Server 2008, SQL Server 2012, Navision 2013)

New Server: (Windows Server 2016, SQL Server 2017, Navision 2018)

Please share step by step guide.
