when  i keep this TAB as it is and come back to my CRM page and do some work and click on save changes, sometimes automatically the subsite TAB is pop up in front of me , also i observe  that in  the url window there is a kind of url comes into picture as below.

The https://login.windows.net page is for authentication - does the window stay open for you to login or logout, or does it disappear automatically ?

Also, are SharePoint and CRM within the same tenant (so would use the same credentials), or not ?

    It automatically disappears.

For second point, SharePoint and CRM within the same tenant.

I don't know how to check this.
