guys,

I am trying to create a flow so that it runs everyday and creates a file in sharepoint with data that meets the criteria. Scenario: I want csv file to be created on daily basis which contains contacts whose birthday is in 1 day. File needs to contain name and address.

Hope it makes sense.

Many thanks in advance

Here's a simplified example of how your flow might look in Power Automate:

    1. Trigger:

      • Recurrence: Daily at a specific time (e.g., 8:00 AM).
    2. Get Contacts:

      • Connect to your data source (e.g., CRM system or database).
      • Use the appropriate action to retrieve contacts whose birthday is in 1 day.
    3. Prepare CSV Data:

      • Use the "Create CSV table" action.
      • Map the contact attributes (name and address) to the appropriate columns in the CSV table.
    4. Create SharePoint File:

      • Connect to your SharePoint site and document library.
      • Use the "Create file" action.
      • Set the file name and specify the file content using the CSV data from the previous step.
    5. End Flow:

      • Your flow can now end, and you can set up notifications or additional steps as needed.
