Upsert Request not finding alternate keys, always creating!

Hi,

I have a plugin who upserts an entity wich has two attributes as a key. These keys are defined through a workflow because they are strings copied from 2 lookup values. The problem is that the UpsertRequest doesn't find the entity (when it is already created) and is always creating a new one, which causes the workflow to fire and throws an error since the keys already exist..

If on the entity I just send the keys and try to update another field, it will create a new empty entity with that field updated!
