We are working on a solution that involves some task management. Particularly, phone calls. I have added a custom item in the popup under the Closed section to say "Schedule Follow-up Call". In the Processes section I have created a condition that checks when the phone call is closed for this reason, and I want it to open the create phone call form (main or QuickCreate).
I am new to the xrm functionality. I can't seem to find either open form or a place to try to fiddle with the command.
Is it possible to use the xrm.openForm command in a process?
