Email Templates/Bulk Email - Adding cc or sending a copy

How can you ensure that a copy of the email sent from CRM can also be sent to a delegated email address?

My example is a bulk email to say 28 recipients.  I have a template built and want to use the send direct email function.  I want a copy of the email for each recipient to be sent to an mailbox to manage the ongoing thread in Outlook.  Each email is unique as it is pulling in merge fields from the account and contact entity.

Can this be achieved?

    You can add your email address in cc field. Create a workflow to do this which will run on create of email record

    Here are the steps:

    1. Creat a real time workflow if crm 2013 or greater. This should set to email entity and should run on create of email record.

    2. Use Update step in workflow to update the email record and set cc field with your email address.

    If you are using crm 2011 then create a plugin to execute on post create of email record and then write code to update the cc field.
