CRM 2016 Form got collapsed after we moved to Dynamics 365 v8.2

Hi All,

For demo we have moved our dev environment from CRM 2016 to D365 v8.2. When we viewed the form in d365 the total form got collapsed. May I know how to fix this?

GoTo-->Customizations-->Default Solution-->Expand entity and click on forms

Open a form and check properties of Tab and Check the check box "Expand this tab by default". Save and publish customization.

No it's already been enabled. That's Not working
