Thank you. Yes, I would like to use it elsewhere but here are my concerns:
Note: The external system where I would like to display the KA is not a dynamics portal but inhouse developed web application.
1. The knowledge article is embedded in the customer service service module which allows access to only internal users. How would externals access the knowledge article?
2. If there be a way for the externals to access the knowledge article, how would the rating, visitors, use, search etc. be tracked in the internal system where the KA is resident for analytics?
