How we make parent-child relationship of account in dynamics 365 online.

Hi Shakti,
You go to Settings - Customizations - Customize the System
You expand the entities for which you want to create a relationship and you select 1:N relationships (if you are creating the relationship from the parent) or N:1 relationship if you are creating the relationship from the child.
Then you press new and you follow the setup.
Please keep in mind that if you create a 1 parent : N children relationship from the parent entity - you will find this relationship under the N:1 relationship for the child - meaning you don't have to create 2 separate relationships.
Here is also an MS article that explains how to do it: docs.microsoft.com/.../create-and-edit-1n-relationships
Thanks Radu,
I want to make two different fields (Parent and child) and if any user select child record then parent record associated that child record is automatically selected.
So is there need to make pairs of parent-child record
You can use filtered lookups - see the answer from this post community.dynamics.com/.../224515 to restrict the selection for only parent / child records.
Additionally you can also create a JS to automatically set the parent record on the child once the child is selected.
