Sales agent will not show tasks

Testing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud version 26.2 and I configured the sales agent to review documents from a shared mailbox.   I have 6 emails for it to review but now it will not show me the tasks.  It shows working on it and then gets stuck until I refresh the screen but it never does show the tasks.
I have the same question (2)

Hi, This feature is still in the preview stage. If you have any feedback, you can submit it directly to the BC Yammer Group below.

    Hi ZHU,
The sales agent tasks were showing previously but now they do not.  BC goes into a "working on it" mode and never shows the tasks now.  I am trying to see the tasks so that I can setup the copilot email flow to the agent.  This is preventing it.

This issue sounds like it may be related to either a synchronization delay or a problem with how the email-to-task processing is configured for the sales agent.

Here are a few quick checks you can do:

    1. Clear your browser cache or try in a different browser to rule out UI glitches.

    2. Make sure the shared mailbox is connected correctly in the Email Accounts setup (search Email Accounts in BC).

    3. Verify if the email account is linked to a valid sales agent record and that email processing rules (e.g. for tasks or interactions) are set properly.

    4. Check job queue entries related to "Sales Agent" or "Email Processor" — see if any are failing or stuck.

If it's still not working, try temporarily relinking the mailbox or restarting the job queue.

✅ Mark this answer as verified if it helps you.

    Hi Sohail,
Thank for for the post, however I decided to remove the agent and thought that I could reinstall it.   I have not had any luck in figuring out how to reinstall the sales agent.   I might have to make a new sandbox to get the agent back now unless you know of a process to reinstall it.
