Good morning,
Please could you tell me the requirements I should accomplish for having available a Business central partner license like the one described in task 6 in the guide https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/upgrade/upgrade-technical-upgrade-v22 ? .
What do exactly I need for obtaining that file for being able to upgrade the Business central of my own company?. I need it for Business central on premise.

Your Microsoft Partner has this license.
You can buy it from them too. but it is costly - like 25-30K USD.

Hi, or you apply to become a partner of Microsoft, but the license still needs to be purchased, not free.
