Extract/Read information PDF Invoice Scanned or received via Email in Dynamics CRM 365

Hi Guys,

I have requirements from Client that they can receive any bill, ticket or invoice from their clients and that invoice document will be stored on Notes or in the sharepoint.

once document is stored then they want to extract information from that invoice like address, sender, items and amount etc.

invoice could be in any format but in readable PDF.

is there anyway, api, tool or add-on for CRM which can perform such operation.

I would really appreciate your help

    As far as I know, there's no out of the box solution for this. And besides, extracting this data from a document requires a specialist OCR program. Something like: www.irislink.com/.../Invoice---AP-automation.aspx or www.abbyy.com/.../flexicapture-for-invoices

    For ERP systems there are a lot of addons available. However for CRM I have never seen one.

    I have quite some experience with this, and it can be fully integrated in any application if you opt for the SDK.
