Hello community,

 

I am attempting to configure the Sign-In with User Flow feature in my Dynamics 365 Commerce e-commerce site. I have followed all the steps described in the official Microsoft documentation (link below).

However, whenever I click the Sign-In button on my e-commerce site, I am redirected to an error page instead of the expected login flow.
 
 
 
 
 
Note:- The user flow is already working fine when I am trying to run the user flow in the Azure portal. And the identity provider setup in the headquarters is already done.
 
I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to resolve this issue.

    I suggest you inspect the console and network logs using the browser dev tools so you can understand the exact erorr returned by the server. I did face a similar issue in the past and the root cause was incorrect configuration of url redirection  in AzureAD B2C and the identity providers setup in HQ.
     
    Additionally, please note that if you are using Microsoft Entra External ID instead of Azure AD B2C you have to raise a ticket with MS support to enable the support for the same.
